Customers acknowledge that they are aware of the license agreements for each program and that they are in compliance with them. They absolve and indemnity PC Troubleshooting of any liability for any contravention of any software licensing agreements, any third party intellectual property rights, and any other claim by a third party for loss or damages arising from the services provided by PC Troubleshooting.
All products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
PC Troubleshooting does not assume any responsibility for loss of data or programs incurred while changing batteries, installing software or servicing a computer. Customers are advised to make a backup of any data deemed valuable, and by allowing PC Troubleshooting to proceed, the customer shall not hold PC Troubleshooting responsible for any damage or consequences resulting from any data loss.
